Housing Management

We have been involved in redevelopment & updating existing properties for the housing of vulnerable people.

Our team can specialise in total overhaul of a facility to accommodate a range of people for everyday living to ensure they have a home, safe & secure for all.

Projects to date include:

Public Housing

Dublin City Inn

Formerly a city hotel, The DCI is home to International Asylum Seekers since June 2020.

We were the main contractors responsible for ensuring this hotel became a suitable location & home for vulnerable families arriving in Ireland.

We have ensured that each living space is comfortable & safe for individuals and their families. Within this centre we redesigned communal living areas, social spaces & kitchens.

To offer independence to all people within the facility we installed 6 professional kitchen stations. An onsite shop was also installed to allow for day to day living & independence.

All areas of work were completed on time & within the specified budget available to us.

Sea Esta are contracted to deal with all building issues & ongoing maintenance with DCI.

Rosslare Lodge

A former lodge in Wexford, the Rosslare accommodation & training centre is now home to international asylum seekers.

Prior to their arrival in early 2020 Sea Esta were appointed to update & upscale the venue.

Each of the 38 rooms, dining area & kitchen has been revamped to ensure a homely , safe & accommodating feel.

The residents are have their own individual privacy, while also benefit , ting from social / communal areas.

The kitchen allows for all families to cook & look after their own dietary / cultural requirements. We installed 8 x professional kitchen stations within the overall kitchen area.

An onsite shop, complete with full refrigeration was also installed. We ensured that all required work was completed to a specified timeline & within our designated budget.

The goal was to provide a ‘home away from home’ centre, which Sea Esta has completed, and continues to provide ongoing maintenance where required.

Bramstoker

Based in Clontarf, this premises is used for housing requirements of people in need.

We look after all ongoing maintenance & property requirements as needed.

Our team are on call to provide a reliable, & timely service to ensure that any areas of need are dealt with immediately to ensure no disruption or inconvenience to the tenants.

Private Housing

Brickfield House & Beachfield House

Both properties are privately rented to numerous tenants occupying many rooms in both premises.

We look after all maintenance & service needs as they arise, and also ensure the grounds in both properties are well maintained & kept.

We also ensure that both properties are fully compliant as per housing regulations.

Maintenance

We look after the maintenance of numerous properties that are rented privately to tenants.

Our services include day to day grounds keeping, dealing with any security issues such as locks, windows, alarms, electrical problems, replacement or damage of items within the property.

We ensure that the property & tenants are looked after in a timely & efficient manner whenever any issues arise.

We provide an on call service meaning that someone is always available to assist.
